Introductory Offer

1. Consultation

We will discuss:

  • Realistic short-term and long-term goals
  • Expectations and commitment level
  • An overview of what the training sessions will look like
  • Special needs or considerations

2. Assessment

We will:

  • Assess your posture and movement habits
  • Assess your breathing patterns
  • Assess your joint mobility
  • Discover and identify the root of your symptoms
  • Identify movement patterns that we can start changing immediately

3. Trial Session

We will:

  • Use  ReaLine® devices to start activating some key muscles 
  • Gain awareness of how your body works as a unit and how everything is connected.
  • Send you home feeling rejuvenated and excited

※ If you decide to commit to a monthly plan on the same day as the trial, your trial session will count as your first session of the month. (you save $60-$75)

This is an opportunity to try out and get a feel for how the ReaLine® method can benefit you.

If you don't decide to continue, you will still take home a lot of understanding and knowledge about your own body from even the one trial.
