The “ReaLine® Concept” originated as a framework for a progressive rehabilitation program for athletes recovering from injuries. Treating injuries with the framework of the “ReaLine® Concept” was shown to produce better and faster results than conventional methods.
The strategy of the “ReaLine® Concept” is to determine the cause or origin of the problem and fix that first, rather than concentrating on treating the effects (i.e. the site of pain). In a rehabilitation setting, identifying the cause/ origin leads to faster recovery and maximizes the prevention of recurrence. Most non-accident-related injuries are related to faulty movement patterns caused by joint “malalignment" (joints not properly aligned). These movement patterns eventually lead to wear and tear of the joint tissues, muscle problems (pulls and tears) and other issues in the relevant areas of the body.
Physiotherapists and trainers soon found that this approach was highly effective not only for athletes, but for prevention and treatment of pain and mobility issues in people of various ages and activity levels.
The primary focus of the “ReaLine® Concept” is to optimize joint alignment and facilitate proper kinematics (movement). With practice, the corrected and re-learned movement patterns become natural, and you can return to the activities you love with new confidence.
The training method based on the “ReaLine® Concept” is called “ReaLine® Training”.
“ReaLine® Training” utilizes various kinds of unique training equipment to restore joint alignment easily and efficiently.
